John Mahler, Jr. John Mahler
Vice President


Mr. Mahler is VoiceEclipse's Vice President and has spent over 11 years developing the organization. For several years Mr. Mahler acted as a liaison to outside legal and professional services for all aspects of the organization. His duties included contract review, customer and vendor negotiations, organizational development and product planning/development. Today Mr. Mahler leads all major operational and strategic initiatives of VoiceEclipse.

In his 9 years of service, Mr. Mahler has held several management positions including General Manager.

Mr. Mahler received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Lewis University in Aviation Administration.

Larry Bendel Larry Bendel
Director of Technical Operations


Larry Bendel has held several technical management positions since his start in 1996, including Network Operations Manager, Network Deployment Manager and Senior Manager, Network Deployment. In his current position, Mr. Bendel oversees the deployment and maintenance of the VoIP network.

Mr. Bendel attended ITT Technical Institute in Chicago, IL.

Chris Parker Chris Parker
Director of Systems


Chris Parker has held positions within the organization since 1996. He is responsible for software development, systems engineering & maintenance, high-level network design, and new technology research. His team creates and maintains the software and systems that power the utilities for VoIP.

Mr. Parker is one of the primary developers of the FreeRADIUS project, which is an open-source software platform for creating fully featured, highly-scalable RADIUS authentication servers which is the core of many successful networks.

Mr. Parker studied computer systems engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
