How it Works
VoiceEclipse is the new face - or rather, SOUND - of phone service. The technology uses existing
broadband Internet connections to deliver phone service, resulting in more options and useful features and at
a lower rate than traditional phone companies offer.
VoiceEclipse is one of the easiest new technologies to use.
You keep your existing phone, cable lines, even your existing phone number.
The only new item is a small adapter about the size of a deck of cards, delivered to your door when you order VoiceEclipse service.
Plug one end of the device into any telephone, the other end into your broadband service, and you've immediately got a dial tone.
The adapter allows you to take your phone number with you wherever you go.
As long as you can plug into an outlet with broadband Internet access, you can pick up any calls made to your phone number.
If you do run into any problems using the new service, ** StarNet has an excellent customer service & technical support team ready to help you.
Unlike traditional phone service, there are no additional fees for features like call forwarding,
call waiting, caller ID, voicemail, and "Find Me," a feature which allows users to forward
calls from one phone to another (to another and to another - up to three separate phone numbers!) so
you don't miss important calls. There are no additional charges for long-distance calls in the U.S., and
international rates are less than 25% of those charged by traditional phone companies.
Never miss a call...with VoiceEclipse your voicemail messages can be delivered to your e-mail account
as a sound file, which can be opened with virtually any Windows or Macintosh system - no new downloads
required. Fax messages can be delivered to your e-mail account, so you don't even need a fax line or fax machine.
Superior quality, cost savings and loads of features... the choice is easy.
