VoiceEclipse is a retail VoIP service operated by one of the companies that provided
services to SunRocket. We are not affiliated in any way with SunRocket, except as
a former supplier of services. Because of this relationship, we may be able to help
you retain VoIP service on your current SunRocket phone numbers.
How quickly can you restore my service?
If we are the underlying carrier providing the service for your number to SunRocket, your service can be transferred
immediately. If we were not the underlying carrier, we may be able to port your number to our service, and
the length of that process varies depending on the current carrier. Expect a minimum
of 2 weeks, although some numbers take significantly longer.

Can I use my Sunrocket gizmo with VoiceEclipse?
We are investigating solutions for former SunRocket customers that may allow them to keep
their equipment. We will update this FAQ as the process becomes better defined. Should you
choose VoiceEclipse, you may obtain equipment from VoiceEclipse for no setup fee ( paying only
for shipping ).
What are you offering former SunRocket customers?
For a limited time, we are offering former SunRocket customers a one-time credit of $19.95 or $12.95, depending on the VE package you select, applied in the second month of VE service.
