Is there an activation fee?
Yes. VoiceEclipse charges an activation fee of $49.95.
This fee includes the configuration and use of the phone adapter, if needed, for no additional charge.
What is the minimum subscription term period?
All contracts are handled on a month to month basis. You can end your subscription at the end of any monthly billing cycle.
Will I receive an invoice?
No. VoiceEclipse automatically invoices your credit card on file. For account and call detail information, you can view this
information online right here.
What payment methods are available?
Currently we only accept credit card payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I cancel my VoiceEclipse service?
If you simply desire to cancel your service, and do not require administrative assistance,
please email your cancel notice by clicking here.
You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been successfully canceled with information about
returning the phone adapter.
When calling in to cancel, if you need to speak to someone, the primary account holder will need to phone our Sales department, toll free, at
866-444-0794 during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST) to begin the cancelation process.
When you call, please have your VoiceEclipse telephone number ready in order to expedite your request.
Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds,
so be sure to cancel prior to your next bill date. Also, you will need to return the phone adapter within two weeks of
the end of the billing cycle, or you will be charged an additional $39.95.
The original packaging and support documents must be returned as well.
After your account is established, you will be charged a flat monthly fee for the VoiceEclipse service.
This fee will be based on the service plan you selected during registration.
If you exceed your monthly minutes, you will be charged by the minute at a rate specified by the service plan description.
Does VoiceEclipse add any additional taxes or monthly fees on top of my monthly service charge in the following month after I have signed up?
Additional services, such as extra lines, additional minutes beyond the monthly plan (if you do not have the unlimited plan),
and 411 calls all have additional fees on a per use basis.
In regards to taxes, as of July 15, 2005, VoiceEclipse will assess and collect local taxes where
applicable. Please refer to the Telecom Taxes webpage here for more

Where can I view my VoiceEclipse billing statement?
A current (updated approx. every 4 hours) statement of your services with minutes used and more is available online, along with
call detail records right here.
